Cancellation conditions
Cancellations are unpleasant for everyone involved – for you, for us and for guests who would have liked to book. However, not every trip can be cancelled as planned. To ensure clarity in such cases, you will find our current cancellation policy here.
1. how a cancellation works:
- Cancellations must be made in writing, ideally by e-mail to: info@zechmeisterlehen.de
- Cancellations cannot be made by telephone.
Your cancellation will only become effective as soon as you receive a written confirmation from us.
2. free cancellation:
Cancellation is free of charge up to 35 days before the planned arrival date.
3. staggering of cancellation costs for cancellations at short notice:
For cancellations within 34 days before arrival, the following regulations apply:
34th – 28th day before the day of arrival: | 50% of the total price |
27th – 15th day before the day of arrival: | 60% of the total price |
14th – 7th day before the day of arrival: | 70% of the total price |
6th – 0th day before the day of arrival: | 80% of the total price |
Lettings or partial lettings to third parties will be counted accordingly.
4. special features during the Christmas period (19.12. – 31.12.):
Bookings with arrival dates from 19.12. to 31.12. cannot be cancelled free of charge.
The statutory cancellation conditions apply – irrespective of the above-mentioned staggering.
5 Group bookings & travel companies:
- For travel companies and bookings of three or more room units, the statutory regulations also apply.
If the room unit is occupied by fewer people than booked, the confirmed price will be charged.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, 90% of the daily rate will be charged for each day the room is empty. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
6. partial occupancy or no-show:
- If a room is occupied by fewer people than booked, the full room rate will be charged
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, we charge 90% of the daily rate for each day not used.
